Dental Assistant

DA II/Sleep Coordinator

Liz has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Greensboro and went to the University of Chapel Hill to complete Dental Assisting. Liz has been a part of the Raleigh Dental Arts team since 2008 working for Dr. Agarwal as his lead assistant before transitioning into the role of Sleep Coordinator in 2016. As our Sleep Coordinator, Liz helps those suffering from Obstructive Sleep Apnea and CPAP intolerance to find other alternatives through oral appliances.

Liz enjoys traveling, trying new food, biking and gardening. Liz says in her many years at Raleigh Dental Arts she has seen the difference we have made in peoples lives through changing their smiles to improve their confidence. For others, their health by giving them back the ability to eat and enjoy food which has improved the quality of their life.
Patients here become our family and that is how we treat them here.

EFDA, DA II

Whitney has been a dental assistant for over 13 years and has been a part of the Raleigh Dental Arts team as a DA II since 2016.

Whitney completed the Dental Assisting Program in 2006 through the Maryland State Dental Association and received her EFDA Certification in 2015 through Harcum College in Pennsylvania.

For fun, Whitney enjoys listening to music, dancing and going to live shows. She also enjoys hiking, camping and doing almost anything outdoors.

Whitney says being able to be part of changing someone's life just by giving them their smile back and to see the confidence that it gives them is really rewarding.

Dental Assistant

Alyssa completed her DA I certificate in 2010 and has been a part of the Raleigh Dental Arts team since 2017.

Alyssa enjoys hiking, cooking, reading and spending time with her German Shepherd dog Hano.

Alyssa says she loves the ability to change people's lives by improving their smiles and educating patients on their dental health. She enjoys all facets of dentistry and that there is always something new to learn.

Dental Assistant

Whitney has a Psychology major from ECU and completed her DA I certificate in February 2018.

Whitney has been a part of the Raleigh Dental Arts team since September 2018.

In her spare time, Whitney enjoys cooking, traveling, hiking and spending time with family and friends.

Whitney says being a part of watching someone's smile and confidence completely transform is a rewarding experience.
